What is the Eye Complex "Physician's Reserve"?

Physician's Reserve is a phrase used to describe one of our most powerful and effective anti-aging skin care products developed specifically for the eyes. Originally labeled for private clinics, The Eye Complex is the result of 2 years of research and development by Civant Pharma. The Eye Complex plays a vital role in the reduction of dark circles, fine lines, wrinkles, and puffiness around the eyes. It strengthens and repairs the skin's barrier thereby contributing to the reconstruction of the dermis. The Eye Complex contains active anti-oxidants which helps strengthen native collagen and elastin matrix, improves cell cohesion, enhancing water retention and reducing skin dryness. It is indicated to reduce deep wrinkles as much as 98% retaining the natural firmness of the skin.
How do I apply the product?

Wash skin and apply a thin even layer over the affected area twice daily. Massage thoroughly until cream is absorbed completely into the skin. As with all cosmetic products, please consult with a dermatologist prior to use. Long term treatments with any skin care product should be monitored by a medical professional. For external use only. Do not apply inside the eye or eyelids.

How effective is the Eye Complex?

The clinical studies prove the drastic influence of C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Tribehenin, Ceramide 2, PEG 10 Rapseed Sterel, Palmiteyl Oligopeptide, Hydrolyzed Rice Bran Protein, Glycine Soja Protein, Oxido Reductases andCeramide3 in reducing deep wrinkles and circles as much as 98% retaining the natural firmness of the skin.

Who can use the Eye Complex?

All men and women showing signs of aging and experiencing dark circles, fine lines, wrinkles, and puffiness around the eyes. Our products are ideal for people facing problems of dry skin.

How long does it take to see results?

Everyone's condition is unique and some users may take longer to see results. On average, our customers report seeing initial results as early as 2 weeks. Full results typically take 1-2 months of regular use. If for any reason you feel that our product was not effective in reducing your particular condition, you may return it for a refund within 30 days.

Are the ingredients in the Eye Complex safe for long term use?

All of the ingredients in the Eye Complex have been clinically tested for safety. We include only the most effective and safest ingredients in our products.


Does the Eye Complex work on dark and/or ethnic skin tones?

Yes. Our products have been proven to work on all skin types, regardless of color and ethnicity.

My skin feels warm after I apply the product. Is this normal?

Some users may be extra sensitive to the ingredients in our products. This can cause minor irritation in the first week of use. This is normal and does not signify any harmful side effects. You can reduce the number of applications for the first two weeks and allow your skin to adjust to the ingredients. If irritation becomes severe, you may have an allergic reaction to the product and should discontinue use.

Can I use the Eye Complex with my other skin care products?

The Eye Complex can be used along with most skin care products. We recommend that you spot test on the forearm or neck before applying on the face. With prescription products, please consult with your doctor.

Can I wear makeup after applying the cream?

Yes. However, please wait at least 10 minutes before applying any makeup, moisturizers or sunblock. This will allow the Eye Complex to absorb properly into the skin.

Do you ship to countries outside of the United States?

Yes. However, we require that international customers have a verified PayPal address if placing an order online. For more information, please view our ordering page.

How do I order a product that is out of stock?

Please check back in 2 weeks time and the product should be available to purchase.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, credit card, money order and cashiers check. We do not accept personal checks. For more information on payments and ordering, please view our ordering page.

Can I return the product for a refund?

We will issue a full refund on any product (used or unused) returned within 30 days of the initial delivery date. Shipping charges are not refunded. To process a return, please contact us for a RMA number.

How is the package shipped? How long will delivery take?

We ship all of our orders via USPS Priority Mail to a confirmed/billing address. The package will be marked from "Civant Pharma" and may require a signature on delivery. Delivery times will vary depending on location, however, all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days upon receiving payment.

Do you offer any free samples?

We are no longer offering free samples. This may change in the future.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?
