Pay Online:
Orders can be placed through our website
using the automated system if you are a United
States customer or an international customer. To place an
order, click the "Purchase" button next to an item.
You will then be taken to the ordering page.
If you have a PayPal account:
You can login to your PayPal account after
clicking the "Purchase" button next to an item.
Payment can be made either through your PayPal
balance or through a credit card. If you pay
using a PayPal e-check, your order will be
shipped only after the funds are cleared.
If you DO NOT have a PayPal account:
You do NOT need a PayPal account to make a
purchase. You can pay by credit card by clicking
the "Purchase" button next to an item. On the
following page, click the button illustrated
below.

Pay by Mail:
All orders (domestic and international) can also be placed through
regular mail. Payment can be in the
form of either money order or cashiers check made
out to "Civant Labs". We do not accept personal
or company checks. To
place an order by money order or cashiers check,
please fill out the mail
ordering form.

We strictly adhere to all customs and shipping
procedures imposed by the destination country.
International orders are subject to additional
shipping charges, and generally take 7-10 days from
date of shipment to arrive, depending on the customs
procedures of the destination country. Please check
with your country’s customs office for precise
charges. We assume no responsibility with respect to
any tariffs, duties, or other such restrictions and
charges imposed and/or enforced by the destination
country. If the order is refused, the customer is
responsible for both duties incurred at the border
of the respective country and shipment back to the
U.S.
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days
upon receiving payment. We ship via USPS Priority
Mail and require a signature on delivery. Packages
will be marked from "Civant Labs". If you have any questions regarding your
purchase, you may email our support department at
info@eyecomplex.com. Order inquires will be
answered within 24 hours.
Civant Labs Refund Policy:
We will issue a full refund on any product (used
or unused) returned within 30 days of the initial
delivery date. Shipping charges (both ways) will not
refunded.
To process a refund, please
contact us for an authorization (RMA) number.
Include your transaction/order number along with the
reason for return. We will
NOT refund any
returned orders without a proper RMA number. Any
package returned to us with out a RMA number will be
discarded and not processed for a refund. If your
order was received damaged or incomplete, please
contact us for a resolution.
Please note that any package returned to us for a
refund must be post marked within 30 days of the
initial delivery date. There are no exceptions
unless otherwise stated by a Civant Labs
representative.
